The Grow-Off is committed

to helping create a cannabis industry that benefits the same groups marginalized by the war on drugs.

LEARNING cannabis cultivation provides people with real skills that they can take with them anywhere the plant can grow. It’s a demanding craft, but one that comes with more upward mobility than any sector of the business. We can’t tell you how many people we meet that started as a trimmer and worked their way up to head of cultivation in a short period of time.

We strongly encourage people of color, people of diverse gender identities, women, people with disabilities, LGBT individuals, and foreign-born individuals to apply for openings.

The Grow-Off provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, religion, color, national origin, gender (including pregnancy, childbirth, or related medical conditions), sexual orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, status as a protected veteran, status as an individual with a disability, or other applicable legally protected characteristics. In addition to federal law requirements, The Grow-Off and all partners comply with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment.
